AMS Chamber Workshop 2019

I am so excited to announce the first Asheville Music School Chamber Workshop happening this summer from June 17-21! We have a jam-packed awesome faculty list and an amazing week planned of music-making and life-changing.

Students for one string quartet and one brass quintet will learn how to rehearse in an ensemble, receive coachings, private lessons, play in masterclasses (and learn how to participate in them!), receive FREE headshots for college applications, study music history and aural skills through directed listening sessions, and perform a finished piece for friends and family at the end of the week.

Our faculty list includes myself on cello, violist Iva Raykova on viola and violin, bass trombonist Chris Guilfoyle on trombone and tuba/bass trombone, and trumpet player Don Johnson on trumpet. Stay tuned for featured blog posts with interviews and information about each faculty member!
